# About · cf0

cf0 is an AI-native real estate agency. Zero, its AI employee, lets and manages homes. Who runs cf0 and how to reach us.

## What cf0 is

cf0 is an AI-native real estate agency. Zero, cf0’s AI employee, lets and manages homes. Owners list a home with cf0 and Zero finds the tenant. Firms that manage homes for other owners use Zero to run those homes.

cf0 works in every city and country. Renters search homes for any place at [cf0.ai/homes](/homes). Owners can list a home anywhere, and cf0 adds a new place when an owner asks.

## How Zero works

An owner lists a home at [cf0.ai/list](/list), or from ChatGPT or Claude. The owner types the facts, the rent and the deposit. cf0 never suggests an amount. A person at cf0 checks the proof of ownership before the home goes live.

Zero answers renters day and night, and renters view the home on a live call with Zero. Renters pay cf0 nothing. After move-in, Zero can look after the home: repairs and move-outs, with the owner’s approval.

A firm uses Zero for management in WhatsApp, email and its PMS. Zero answers tenants, guests and owners, and books repairs. The firm sets which messages Zero sends alone and which messages wait for approval.

- Letting: 40% of the first month’s rent, paid by the owner after the tenant moves in.
- Management: $10, €10 or £10 for each unit each month.
- Renters pay nothing.

## Who runs cf0

cf0 is built by two founders, Luca Tabone and Louis. Both work in London, and you can reach each of them by name. Developers who connect an assistant or an app to cf0 can start at [cf0 for developers](/developers).
