# cf0 developers

> cf0 is an AI-native real estate agency. Zero, its AI employee, lets and manages homes. Agents reach cf0 through an MCP server that acts for a signed-in person, and a public read-only API for homes to rent.

## MCP server

- Address: https://api.cf0.ai/mcp (Streamable HTTP)
- Sign-in: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE to a cf0 account, from ChatGPT, Claude or Claude Code only. Steps: https://cf0.ai/auth.md
- Server card: https://cf0.ai/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json
- Tools: `ask_agent` (read only), `save_home_draft`, `import_listings`, `answer_agent`, `give_agent_task`
- No tool publishes a home or sends an email without the approval of the person.

## Docs MCP server

- Address: https://cf0.ai/docs/mcp (Streamable HTTP, JSON responses). No sign-in.
- Tools: `search_docs` and `get_doc`. They read the public cf0 pages and change nothing.
- Server card: https://cf0.ai/docs/mcp/server-card
- The same search as NLWeb v0.55: `POST https://cf0.ai/ask` with `{"query":{"text":"..."}}`, or `GET https://cf0.ai/ask?query=...`. Add `"prefer":{"streaming":true}` for server-sent events.

- API catalog (RFC 9727): https://cf0.ai/.well-known/api-catalog
- `GET https://cf0.ai/api/public/listings` finds homes to rent. No key. 120 reads each minute for each IP. Each response has a `RateLimit-Policy` header.
- Errors are JSON: `{"error": "<code>"}`.
- Each home page has a markdown twin: add .md to the address.
