# cf0: Zero lets and manages your homes

cf0 is an AI-native real estate agency. Zero, the AI employee of cf0, lets and manages homes for owners. For a firm that manages homes for other owners, Zero runs those homes.

## For owners

1. List the home. Send a few photos, type the facts, the rent and the deposit at https://cf0.ai/list. You can also list from ChatGPT or Claude (https://cf0.ai/list/assistant). cf0 never suggests an amount.
2. A person at cf0 checks the proof of ownership. Then the home goes live on https://cf0.ai/homes.
3. Zero answers renters at any hour. When Zero does not know an answer, Zero sends the question to the owner.
4. Renters view the home in person with Zero on a live call. They can also open a 3D floor plan. cf0 builds it from the owner's 2D plan and photos.
5. The owner chooses the tenant. Zero does not rank or refuse applicants.
6. After move-in, Zero can look after the home: repairs and move-outs, with the approval of the owner.

## For firms

A firm uses Zero for management in WhatsApp, email and its PMS. Zero answers tenants, guests and owners, and books repairs. Hosthub, Hostaway and Google Sheets connect directly. For other systems, Zero reads the emails that the system sends. The firm sets which messages Zero sends alone and which messages wait for approval.

## Pricing

- Letting: 40% of the first month's rent. The owner pays after the tenant moves in.
- Management: $10, €10 or £10 for each unit each month.
- Renters pay cf0 nothing.

## Where cf0 works

Every city and country. Owners can list a home anywhere, and cf0 adds a new place when an owner asks.
