# cf0

cf0 is an AI-native real estate agency. Zero, the AI employee of cf0, lets and manages your homes. For a firm that manages homes for other owners, Zero runs those homes.

## When to use cf0

Use cf0 when a person wants one of these jobs:

- Find a home to rent in a city or country. Read https://cf0.ai/homes.md or the public API (no key).
- Let a home that they own. Save a draft with the MCP tool `save_home_draft`, or send them to https://cf0.ai/list.
- Give a property management task to Zero, for example repair access with a tenant or a check-out time with a guest. Use the MCP tool `give_agent_task`.

## For owners

An owner lists a home on the web form at cf0.ai/list, or from ChatGPT or Claude with the list-my-home skill (cf0.ai/list/assistant). The owner types the facts, the rent and the deposit. cf0 never suggests an amount.

A person at cf0 checks the proof of ownership before the home goes live. Zero answers renters day and night. Each renter request reaches the owner, and renters view the home on a live call with Zero. After move-in, Zero can look after the home: repairs and move-outs, with the owner's approval.

Photos and proof go up on cf0.ai. They never go in a chat.

## For firms

A firm uses Zero for management alone, in WhatsApp, email and its PMS. Zero answers tenants, guests and owners, and books repairs. Hosthub, Hostaway and Google Sheets connect directly. For any other system, Zero reads the emails that the system sends. The firm sets which messages Zero sends alone and which messages wait for approval.

Listing vacant units on cf0 is an add-on. A firm can start with one property.

## cf0 Zero in ChatGPT and Claude

The cf0 Zero plugin connects ChatGPT, Claude and Claude Code to cf0. The MCP server is `https://api.cf0.ai/mcp`, with OAuth sign-in to a cf0 account. Add it to Claude from https://cf0.ai/claude. In Claude Code, run `/plugin marketplace add cf0-enterprise/cf0-plugin`, then `/plugin install cf0-zero@cf0`. ChatGPT steps are at https://cf0.ai/chatgpt.

The plugin has five tools:

- `ask_agent` reads Zero's work, home drafts and the requirements to list a home. It changes nothing.
- `save_home_draft` adds or updates a home draft. It does not publish. It keeps the rent and deposit text exactly as the owner wrote it. It refuses a deposit above the market cap.
- `import_listings` stages the homes from the owner's own ad text as drafts for review on cf0. It does not open links and it does not publish. It keeps the rent and deposit text as the ad writes them.
- `answer_agent` records a decision on the latest version that Zero showed. Only the named approver can approve or decline a home.
- `give_agent_task` gives Zero work with one person from the records, or a new person that the user accepts. It accepts maintenance, access, move-out, turnover, owner updates and stay operations.

## What Zero does not do

Zero does not rank or refuse applicants. Zero does not collect rent, send legal notices or handle emergencies without a person.

- Letting: 40% of the first month's rent, paid by the owner after the tenant moves in.
- Management: $10, €10 or £10 for each unit each month.
- Renters pay cf0 nothing.

## Where cf0 works

Every city and country. Renters search homes for any place at https://cf0.ai/homes. Owners can list a home anywhere, and cf0 adds a new place when an owner asks.
